Getting Back to the Gym

We are excited to reopen our doors and once again be part of your fitness journey.

As always, we’ll be here to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking to ease back into regular exercise, reacquaint yourself with a barbell, or start fresh at the gym, the floor is yours.

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, New York City has instituted new mandates, one stating that indoor group classes are prohibited. This will mean (for your safety) your gym experience will look a little different. Although we will not be able to instruct classes in the way we used to, we will be here to assist you in all the ways we can. From provided video workout explainers and demos to being available to you while you are at the gym.

 

 

News on Reopening

After almost 6 months, New York City gyms have finally been given the green light to reopen! Boy have we missed you!

Now a couple of things to be aware of:

  • It IS going to be a bit different than what we’re used to because of the pandemic but we’ll adapt to the regulations and make it work. We got this!
  • It’s been a LONG time since we’ve been at the gym so take the workouts SLOW. Just like always, come as you are and progress will happen. No rush.
  • And lastly, if you are not ready to come back, NO WORRIES. Just because the gym is open, doesn’t mean you have to come in. If you’ve found a new groove or will need some time to feel safe at the gym, we understand. Your health is our priority and we love you wherever you are.
