After almost 6 months, New York City gyms have finally been given the green light to reopen! Boy have we missed you!
Now a couple of things to be aware of:
- It IS going to be a bit different than what we’re used to because of the pandemic but we’ll adapt to the regulations and make it work. We got this!
- It’s been a LONG time since we’ve been at the gym so take the workouts SLOW. Just like always, come as you are and progress will happen. No rush.
- And lastly, if you are not ready to come back, NO WORRIES. Just because the gym is open, doesn’t mean you have to come in. If you’ve found a new groove or will need some time to feel safe at the gym, we understand. Your health is our priority and we love you wherever you are.
